Madrasa rules are focused around the safety and the wellbeing of all students, our intention is to ensure that your child (ren) receive the best form of Islamic education from the Madrasa and develop the true spirit of Islam.

We sincerely request parents and guardians to abide by the rules and regulations and also like you to advise and support your child(ren) to follow entirely by the rules and regulations.

It is expected that parents help their children to understand that Madrasa is a place to learn new lessons, and home is the place to revise and memorize those lessons all year around.

Timings:

  • Regular on-site Sunday Madrasa classes are from 10:15am to 1:30pm.
  • Children must be dropped at least 5 minutes before the start of Assembly Dua.
  • Parents must arrive by 1:25pm to collect their child(ren)

Dress Code:

  • The Madrassa derives its guidance from the Holy Quran. All parents have an obligation to remind, exhort and help their children achieve the pleasure of Allah (swt) by following His guidance even if it is contrary to one’s personal opinions. The students must follow the proper dress code.

Conduct:

  • Basic good manners at all times. All behavior, whether on or off the madrasa class, should reflect Islamic attitudes
  • Respect for teachers, and one another is expected
  • Parents must encourage their children to follow rules and instructions given by madrasa.

Homework:

  • Weekly homework assignments must be completed on time, and checked by parents before submission.
  • Children should spend time on daily basis for practice lessons and memorizations.

Absence:

  • Parents are responsible for contacting class teacher for missed class lessons.

Discipline:

  • Misconduct in class and/or late or missed homework submission will result in the following disciplinary action(s)
    • First Occurrence: warning note from teacher will be sent home.
    • Second Occurrence: teacher will call parents.
